Regular Subscription Plan
$99/month
includes one schedule cleaning visit per week for ONE litter box. 

Extra Services:
Additional litter boxes: +$20 per extra bin per visit 
Additional visits outside scheduled day like weekends (On approved request only): +$35 per extra visit/bin

What's Included: 
Litter box cleaning (scooping, sifting, topping up of your cat litter (can provide ours  for the extra cost of $25/month)

Deep Cleaning Subscription Plan: 
$199/month 
Full litter box cleaning  ( removal of liner, new cat litter and removal of waste) 
Fresh pet safe deodorizer (replaced monthly)
Cleaning the area around the Litter box on in house visits  
PET SAFE LITTER PROVIDED (NEVER BUY LITTER AGAIN!)

 

Door Step Service (same price as regular subscription $99/month)
Place your bin outside by 9am on your schedule clean up day and we will take care of cleaning your bin right on your front step. No mess, No stress Just clean paws! Please have two bins for your furry friend when subscribing to the door service.

Service Conditions :
Clients must ensure safe and accessible entry to the service area at the agreed, Scheduled appointment time. 
In cases of timid, fearful or aggressive pets, the client may opt for door step service where bins are left outside for cleaning to ensure pet safety and our staff safety
If access is not available or conditions are unsafe for the service provider, the visit may be rescheduled or canceled without refund. Please ensure a safe walking path and room to clean your cats litter box. 
Purrfect paws is not responsible for damages due to improperly maintained litter boxes or surrounding areas.  If boxes have waste build up or rips/cracks we may suggest to replace your box before your first clean or can provide one for you for a fee. 
Client Responsibilities:
Clients must notify the company of any changes to the service address, number of litter boxes or pet behavior 
All staff reserves the right to decline unsafe environments on the spot or leave if there is any vulgar language or violence. We do NOT discriminate against any race, religion or gender.
Bins should be accessible and ready for service at the agreed appointment time. 
Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance 

Cancellation and Refunds:
No partial refunds for missed visits unless canceled 24 hours in advance by written notice through email or text message 
Clients may cancel the subscription at any time with a 7-day written notice prior to the next billing cycle
Refunds will not be issued for mid-month cancellations 

Liability: 
Purrfect Paws Litter Cleaning is fully insured for service operations.
The company is not liable for any pre-existing damage to litter boxes, litter mats or surrounding areas. 
Changed to Terms
Purrfect Paws reserves the right to update service rates, terms, or conditions with 30 days written notice to the client. 

Acceptance of Terms
By subscribing to the service, the client agrees to the terms outlined above.
